What does QCH stand for?
QCH stands for Quality Cable Harness. QCH Manufacturing is a small, owner-run shop that builds custom wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and contract assemblies.
Do you build low-volume and prototype wire harnesses?
Yes. We build prototype wire harnesses and small batches as well as repeat production runs, so you can start with a few pieces and scale up with the same shop.
What do I need to send for a wire harness quote?
A drawing or print, a wire list, or a bill of materials (BOM), plus the quantities you need. PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, Excel, and CSV files all work. No print yet? Describe the part and we will help define it.
What is the difference between a wire harness and a cable assembly?
A wire harness bundles individual wires, terminals, and connectors so they route through a product. A cable assembly is usually wires inside one outer jacket, built to carry signal or power between two points. We build both.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum. We quote each job at the quantities you ask for and show pricing at each quantity break.
How are your harnesses tested?
Every wire harness and cable assembly is continuity tested before it ships, and a first article is built for your approval before a production run.
